Shipping Policy
Our operation is based in China, delivering within Hong Kong, China and worldwide.
To minimise wastage and improve costs we may bulk dispatch some overseas orders. After you have received your order confirmation, we will process your order within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During busy periods, such as public holidays, the processing times may increase to 7-10 working days. Please note shipping times detailed below are from the dispatch date, we will email you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Charges*
All delivery charges will be calculated from package size and weight and will be calculated at checkout.

*please note these are flat rate shipping costs that we charge, but you may be required to pay additional import or customs taxes, depending on your location, that are outside of our control or responsibility, and they cannot be refunded or returned.

*Please note that once packages arrive in your country they may be passed to 3rd parties, who do not offer tracking or may experience their own delays dependant on local factors. We cannot be responsible for any delays that are out of our control.
*Please note that you may be required to pay import duties and local taxes on your parcel if you live outside of China. We have absolutely no control over these charges/duties/taxes, and they cannot be refunded or returned.
